Owner : Executive Chef : Executive Chef Chris Wilber has been at Canyon for the past 19 years as both Executive Chef and owner. He was born in Newfoundland Canada and has traveled the United States extensively due to his families military background. He graduated from New Hampshire College and spent 6 years in Boston opening 2 restaurants. He now resides in West Broward with his wife and 13 year old daughter. Chef de Cuisine : Chef de Cuisine Alvaro Santos has been at Canyon for the past 15 years. During that time he has worked in every area of the kitchen and currently creates both our Happy Hour items and menu specials on a regualar basis. Originally from El Salvador, he enjoys watching and playing Futbol (soccer) when he's not taking care of his extensive daily tasks at Canyon. Executive Sous Chef : future . . .
